Dr Angela Zhu is a board-certified ophthalmologist at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute with a double fellowship specialization in both pediatric and adult cornea, cataract, and external diseases. She is focused on caring for patients of all ages with a variety of ocular surface and anterior segment disorders using cutting-edge medical and surgical techniques. After receiving her bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dr Zhu spent a dedicated research year at the Whitehead Institute of Biomedical Research investigating mammalian immune responses to bacterial infections.
