Description
Sara Tullis Wester, MD, FACS, is a professor of clinical ophthalmology at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. After working in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, she went to Harvard Medical School and did residency and subspecialty ASOPRS fellowship training at Bascom Palmer. Since joining the faculty, she has become involved in both basic science and clinical research, with a particular focus on thyroid eye disease (TED). She has been involved in several multi-center clinical research studies evaluating new treatments in TED and has been an invited speaker nationally and internationally on TED as well as myriad other topics in oculoplastics.
